This Privacy Policy explains how BetterJobs, LLC ("BetterJobs", "Cocopost", "we"), the operator of Cocopost, collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Cocopost application and website (the "Service"). 1. Data we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile identifier.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status.
• Workspace / configuration data: the products, keywords, target audience, competitors, and agent settings you provide during onboarding and use, and, for CommunityOS, the communities (for example, subreddits) you choose to launch or grow.
• Usage data: opportunities surfaced, comments you draft or post, and basic operational logs needed to run and secure the Service.

2. Data about third parties (leads)

Cocopost helps you discover and engage with publicly available content on platforms such as Reddit, and can enrich a public username with information from open web sources. For CommunityOS, this also includes public metrics about the communities you manage (such as subscriber counts, posts, and the usernames of public contributors) and, where you engage third-party creators, their public profile information. This may involve personal data of people who are not Cocopost users. For that data, you are the controller and Cocopost acts as a processor on your behalf; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for complying with the platforms' terms. 3. How we use data

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service (performance of our contract with you).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (contract).
• To improve and support the Service and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
• To comply with legal obligations.
• With your consent, where consent is required (e.g. any future marketing).

4. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data with the following providers strictly to run the Service:

• Google: authentication (sign-in).
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• AI / LLM providers: Microsoft Azure (Azure AI) to classify opportunities and draft content, and Google (Gemini) to enrich leads with public web context. Inputs are processed only to generate the requested outputs.
• Hosting / infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (database and application hosting).

An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the EEA/UK (e.g. in the United States). Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for details.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after your account is closed, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax/accounting records).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to, and not intended for, anyone under 18.

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
