Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cocopost application and website (the "Service") provided by BetterJobs, LLC ("BetterJobs", "Cocopost", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

The Service includes two products. Cocopost Growth helps you discover buyer-intent conversations across public platforms and draft and publish responses. CommunityOS helps you launch, grow, and manage your own communities (for example, a subreddit), including surfacing public community metrics and coordinating content from third-party creators. Features and limits depend on your product and plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use and third-party platforms

Cocopost can act on third-party platforms (for example, posting comments or messages on Reddit) on your behalf and at your direction. You are solely responsible for:

  • complying with the terms, policies, and rate limits of every third-party platform you use through the Service (including Reddit's User Agreement and content policies);
  • the content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service;
  • ensuring your use is not spam, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, and that you have any necessary rights and lawful basis to contact or process data about third parties.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent platform protections, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.
  • We may change pricing on prospective notice before your next billing period.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Cocopost and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to generate suggestions and drafts. Output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocopost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cocopost against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and BetterJobs waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BetterJobs regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
